MONTHLY MEETINGS

SVARC wants to make 2025 a great year for Amateur Radio and our club.  We want to bring our membership numbers back up to pre-pandemic level.  We would love to get all previous members back and welcome all newcomers.  We want all area Hams to come in and get acquainted with us and find out just how friendly we are.  We are making a serious effort to provide guidance and instruction to help all interested people get licensed and enjoy the greatest hobby on earth.

Our monthly meeting are held on the first Saturday of most months.  A few months have dates or location changed for special events.  Our December meeting is suspended in favor of a dinner party for the members.  The meetings are held at the Sandusky County Chamber of Commerce building, 1247 Napoleon St., in Fremont, OH.  Official time is 9:00 AM, but we have social time starting at 8.  There is also a time for discussions and presentations at 10:00 AM or after the meeting, whichever comes first.  This time can be used by any one wanting to give a talk on Amateur Radio, a hobby he wants to tell us about, or a question he may have.  We also try to bring in people to give presentations on subjects of interest.
